Kürtősh Kalács – as we know and love it today – has been a typical festive treat of Hungarians from Transylvania.Kürtősh Kalács is a timeless classic among festive cakes which was first prepared 300 years ago!
How we make it:
Made of a delicious dough ,hand rolled onto a wooden pin,coated with sugar, baked in a special oven and rolled into different sweet/savory toppings.It is also known as CHIMNEY CAKE because of its unique shape.
The freshly baked Chimney has a beautiful crispy outer layer and soft and fluffy texture on the inside
Our Chimney Cake is made from natural ingredients.
